Estimated time for a commission piece to be ready to be shipped starts from 5 weeks. You will be given more accurate estimate for your piece, when we will first discuss your theme and see if we have other ongoing commissions being made. You will be given the estimate for your piece via e-mail. Sometimes there may be some little delays, being sick or other reasons not born from our actions, but we always do our best to be ready within the estimated time. If there will be ever any delay, we will inform you as soon as possible so you´ll know the sitouations at hands. When the piece is ready, approved from the pictures by both you and the artist, the piece will be photographed and then sent through Shipit or Posti to you.
When you place an order from pikkupingviinit.com -online store, we will ship the products within 2 business days from your order. You will receive a notice from your package to yor phone, and to your e-mail. Always double check your information from your order before you click Send!
At times we may create products to our store from the pictures we have taken from our artpieces. If anything from your picture of your piece has products on our store later, just give us a e-mail into email@example.com and we will send you a -20% to all products with your picture on them.And please remember, original artpiece is always originl artpiece. Our pictures are more polished and smooth than our paintings.
Beanies, tote bags, throw blankets and some of our posters are bein made as Print By Demand, so your product will be made after you place your order. We use Printful as print by demand source. Your order is always made in the nearest printing place to your location, so customs should not have to be done then. There in some rare circumstances may occur a time, that your products may have to be made somewhere more far away, and customs may have to be paid. Pikku Pingviinit sre not responsible of the Print by order locations on Printful, only the pictures in the products.
In this pandemic time, shipping times may vary a little from normal. This may occur, if you´re ordering to outside Finland.

Average shipping time in our Print on demand- products have been 10 business days, so thank you so much for your patience on waiting for your order!
When the payment for your commission piece has been paid and the artpiece has been being made, only with a very great reason we will undo the order, but we will hold 50% of the payment for the cost of our time and the products used.
A product being made as a commission, accepted through pictures by the customer and the artist, has no return policy.
A product, that is either a Pikku Pingviinit merchandise, or a original painting as our artist´s own theme, have 2 weeks returning policy, from the day they arrive to you. The product that is returned, needs to be unused and in good and unharmed condition.
